Idk trade post prices aren't always reliable. Earlier today there was only 2 full forgotten shore maps, the seller wanted 7.9k for them. Does that mean tp price is 7.9k? I don't think so.
People deflate/inflate items all the time 9/10 the person severely deflating won't sell his, hes only doing it to buy yours at a cheaper rate.
