Hm, I haven't had that happen to me while doing unregs. Kinda odd. :/ I haven't tried to log into very many though.
So once I got the details on the accounts for each e-mail, I would try to log on to them on Neopets to see if they were birthday locked. They were. A little later I tried to check them again using one of Joe's programs and they were frozen. Is this a normal occurrence in the whole unreg process?

This has actually been happening to several of my finds. Definitely new.
So you tried logging in, it was bday locked, checked the account later and it was frozen? That's strange.
This is interesting..... I want to know what is determined from it....
This program will probably help, though I haven't really used it myself:
(you need an account to see links)
Well I was using the TOR browser so I am not sure if I got unlucky or what. But I didn't reopen the browser every time I found a new account, so it still showed up as the same IP address. That might be it. But either way, I am just going to skip to using Joe's Advanced Account Checker and determine from there if it is bday locked or not.
I tried using tor browser once to sign up for an account and got autobanned... Though I know it switches proxies and all it is likely this will happen quickly with any newly added proxies pretty quickly so I would advise against using it. You could have it working fine and than get frozen the next time you log in...
