Idk most of people have told me that submitting two tickets just deletes them both and you never get answered o-o.

It doesn't delete them o.o, it still shows them as open.

It took them 3 months to answer mine and I turned in a new ticket every other day I was so pissed.I spent a lot on premium/nc and they basically told me to f-off

Depends on what type of ticket it is, and random.

Tickets have been responded to as soon as a few hours, all the way to 3-4 months later.

Average wait time range is 1 week to 1.5 months.

I've had it happen. Now I can't remember which members it was because the accounts I sent the tickets on were frozen eventually, too, but I sent in two seperate tickets. One was reviewed by one staff member "requesting more information", I sent in the same ticket which was reviewed this time by another staff member, and it was dealt with quickly. I've also heard from people in different cheating forums that some members are nicer than others, and you have more of a chance of getting an account back if they review your ticket.
