How Long does a ticket last , for it to be reviewed by a TNT tech?

Depends on what type of ticket it is, and random.

Tickets have been responded to as soon as a few hours, all the way to 3-4 months later.

Average wait time range is 1 week to 1.5 months.

    Is it really that bad?
So far, I only had bug reports. But me being from germany (and the german support is next to non-existent), I report to the american helpdesk instead.
Thanks to the major time difference, waiting takes for me 1 day. Between me and the neopets timezone, there's a difference of nine hours. Right now, there's 2 pm, while I have 11 pm.
But from what I know, this is the time when TNT has responded to my ticket. Plus two to three hours. I'm not on neopets at that time and usually asleep.

Well if you submitted a ticket today it won't be looked at until Monday, TNT is on that long holiday, but also some times I noticed they don't even care at looking at frozen account ticket sometimes. It's just a matter of luck and if they are bored...oh and if you spend real money on the site.

I had a ticket responded withing 2 days, while other accounts they are still opened and it's been YEARS. Just a luck of the draw.
I find in myself desires which nothing in this world can satisfy,
the only logical explanation is that I was made for another world.

On my legit account I was frozen because they tracked my IP and iced me because well I have a past as a cheater/seller. I sent a ticket on the 10th and it's still on open and I think it'll be on open for the rest of my existence LOL.

Oh and I was premium and I did buy NC. I told them that multiple times in the ticket ahaha.

That's when you just go and make a new ticket and leave them both open. Eventually they'll answer one of them.

Idk most of people have told me that submitting two tickets just deletes them both and you never get answered o-o.
