I was more into fanfiction than I was into roleplay, heheh. People used to write such huge, detailed stories. Those were great. Some of them were really imaginative, too.

Don't get me started on Fanfiction. I love it so much and really get sad that when great authors right like 121023819 chapters then leaves the story unfinished and untouched for 3+ years. QQ

Add: Harry Potter authors are major culprits of this. Y U NO FINISH STORY!!?

Right?? The really long ones were often really good too. Some of the saddest moments in my childhood involved coming across stories like that and seeing the most recent update was eons ago. orz

Yeah. Jeezuz. So many times I've stumbled upon that trap. Luckily, it's better now with all the search options like sort by review and stuff.

I used to, and it was fun as shit. I started off on the Neo RP boards, but I quickly fell into Proboards forums. I joined various wolf sites, wild cat sites, shapeshifter sites, oh and there was this really cool one based off of Greek mythology. Your character would be the human 'descendant' of a greek god/dess or hero, like they'd take on the appearances (pale/sickly and dark haired for Hades, tanned and blonde for Apollo, etc) and have various abilites.

Unfortunately none of these rp sites flourished for more than a few months, but it was all really fun. I really miss that greek myth plot though.
