So I've been spending a lot of time with my BFF Netflix lately. I've been mostly rewatching TV shows that I love (hello, Freaks & Geeks) but I've also been watching a lot of independent movies. I wanted to see if any of you had some not so well known movies that you wanted to share with me. I also like documentaries, so share that love too.
Extra points if they're available on Netflix, but I can pretty much download whatever.
I'll start it off with the most recent one that I actually rewatched with my mom tonight (and made me think of this thread)
Sleepwalk With Me
and my all time favorite.
Wristcutters: A Love Story

Plague Dogs and Fantastic Planet are some of my favorite animated films of all time, I don't think either are on netflix though.
You can see them on Youtube!
Here's the Fantastic Planet trailer, it's a trippy movie.
The Count of Monte Cristo 2002 version. Not sure if its on Netflix, I don't use netflix its too shit. There is a HD version on YouTube if you like:

Everyone should watch Perfume - Story of a Murderer
Purely because it's so fucking weird and I love it when you can watch a movie all the way through and then afterwards be like "wtf did i just watch".
(The book it's based on is good though, would recommend)

I watched How I Love Now on Netflix the other day and really enjoyed it. I hadn't really heard anything about it before I stumbled upon it.

11:14, I don't know many people who have heard of it, maybe online communities are different, but if not...watch.

@(you need an account to see links) What the actual fuck did I just watch? Why are movies from that time always so weird? Some of the animation really reminded me of Yellow Submarine.
The Departed with Mark Wahlberg, Matt Damon and Leo DiCaprio; it's a crime/thriller film and it's sooo good :3
also Moulin Rouge, a musical love story!
I've read that book and it's strange and I loved it! Didn't know there was was a movie
