That carrotluv.net23.net is nothing like an alternate server of TNT. All it does is forward the page parameter (?p=/index.phtml) to neopets and display the result. I imagine the source looks something like this:

I'm not sure why somebody would create that, but it could work as a proxy or whatever. In any case, I doubt it's a good idea to use it: the site may be logging stuff + there's no advantage in it for you, so you better steer clear.

(you need an account to see links) is owned by viacom. Its just the IP for their servers. The reason you go there and arent logged in is because your cookies are set for neopets.com, not 129.228.36.218.

The other site is fake.
