means they had two accounts with that same email address.
did it not give passwords for both? most likely same password

You can link 5 accounts to one email. For each username just request the pw and have fun. You'll have to use petpetpark again though. All mails from the neopets website will bounce

Once an email from neopets has attempted to send to an unreg, the neopets server recognizes that it was not delivered succesfully. They call it a bounce. From that point all further emails will automatically bounce and not be delivered. That's why you needed to use petpetpark.

No problem. Happy to help. I'm rather new to this as well.

As for the birthday, I don't know. Perhaps try googling the uns and see if they are tied to anything else that you may be able to use to get the information. Now that you have the email, you can reset password info for anything else the email was used on. That'll probably be your best bet. Or pay someone.

Try a different proxy. You can only request password 100 times per day per IP

Theres a few boards in the guides section for this, and otherwise, hidemyass.com is pretty good and Hotspot Shield.

So I've tried Facebook, Myspace, googling the email, ect...
Anyone have any advice on good popular sites to check for this sort of thing?
