+rep can I force the cybunny to work?

Ok, so I have the email to an account which in itself isn't great, but the owner has a main which (I think) is pretty awesome; the only problem is that pesky cybunny never actually sends the email from neopets, but I really want to get the password they set in hopes of trying it on their main. Is there any way to get the cybunny to work? +rep if anyone gives me a working answer

EDIT: when I reference the cybunny I mean the neopets page where you say "I forgot my username" and the cybunny tells you they have sent you an email

email bouncing? the only way is to submit a ticket from inside the main, which would be suspicious. But you dont have the pw in the first place...

The email isn't bouncing, since I can get the username sent from "the other sites" but it's just neopets.com that won't send it to me
