i got that same reason on a side account of mine.
i had infallible proof that the account belonged to me, but they wouldn't budge unless i provided the NC transcript log, which i did not have since i had purchased the account.
honestly, there's a chance you'll get it back, but if they have any suspicions that you didn't create the account, and you can't provide the NC logs, you're pretty much toast.

they should reply in ~1 week if you're lucky.

Ah shoot, that's a good point. My accounts haven't purchased any NC at that point so that's probably why they were safe. :/

I didnt buy any nc haha ;D I had like 4 nc items from gifts and caps so it was pretty easy to list them all

I'd say you have a pretty high chance of getting it unfrozen with all that info.
