That's the easiest reason to escape from being frozen. You just need EVERYTHING you know about your account. Here are some infos you might know:
-Birthday?
-How many neofriends?
-NC?
-Avatars? Active avatar?
-How many pets? Colors? Level of each one?
-BD items equipped?
-Birthday?
-Country / state / ZIP?
-Neopoints?
-Shop Size?
-Any faerie quest active?
-Habitarium?
-Site theme? What theme are you using?
-Have you ever changed your e-mail?
-Neohome?
-Auctions?

From a few days to over 6 months. Glitch tickets and the like get pretty fast response times while accounts usually take over a week at least. But you said you have a lot of specific info so that may help speed up the process a bit.

Yeah you always want to keep all the little details about your account in a .txt file or something like that in case you get hacked/frozen.

It's not always the easiest reason to get it back. It depends on what you were doing and if they noticed, or if they believe it wasn't your fault at all.

You can always sell the story that your account got broken into and they were trying to mess things up.......as long as you detail things correctly

This is true.
If you go in like denying everything, it might seem a little more suspicious since they can see what was going on, just not why/by whom.
