I have three tickets open right now.
Two were closed a few hours after I sent them.
And the remaining three that are still open were sent in BEFORE I sent the closed ones.

    So idfk.
TNT are a bunch of sporadic cockmonglers.

It really depends. On what? I don't know yet.

I've seen people sending tickets, and after 8 months they haven't even had a "Work in progress" ticket.
I've sent tickets that were solved within an hour.

No, it doesn't matter if you're premium or not since they took down the premium tickets. I have a premium account with a ticket filled that has been waiting for 6 months now to be assigned to someone lol

This. Two of my tickets were completed in less than a week while the majority take MONTHS.

Three days. How did this happen for me?

I replied to the ticket several times:
"Coltzan would not approve of this delay."
    "Wish I could go fishin'"
"This is worse than the wheel of extortion..."
"Jhudora says: YOU DON'T HAVE MY ACCOUNT BACK YET?"

So on and so forth... >_>

the last one i had was answered within a week, asked for revision then was left to rot for literally 3 months until i messaged them once more, and they replied 3 hours later (much to my surprise) and then a week later and unfroze me (after stripping my acc, thanks)

so i'm pretty sure it just depends on how they're feeling that day/what they had for lunch

They eat a lot of cheesy beans. Hence more time on the toilet than at the computer responding to tickets.
