I've been submitted tickets about my main was frozen a year ago, and he literally auto-closes them a few hours after I submit them with the same copy/paste response as always.
And it's not like a submit the same ticket.
I change the info and even give additional info sometimes.
And he's automatically like NOPE FUQ THIS BITCH.
