My main from a few years back was frozen for the same reason reason, and they also froze me for multiple accounts (according to the idiot who responded) and they listed a bunch of accounts that were "mine" but I had never fucking heard of... it was awesome.
Hurm.....I was frozen a few days ago for "This (possibly previously inactive) account was being accessed by someone other than the original creator due to its easily guessable password." Except it was an account //I// made when I was little....Its always been active. And Its always been //mine//....I'm confused and dunno if I should even try getting it back?
Makes me afraid to do anything now. I should let my account sit for a while and not get on Neopets until they calm down. ;( Sucks for me, I really was planning on buying a pet too, but i cant afford to get iced.

Yes, you might very well be able to get it back since it was YOUR account. Much easier to get back than ones that have been cheated on. Send in a ticket and provide as much information as you can about the account to prove you are the original owner... Neofriends, NC purchases, old PWs, Pins, etc.
I was using default times and I only ranked to level 4 on that account but I have another that is allstar that's ok
