A ticket never hurt: a few minutes of your time, drop in their box, and then do your thing outside of Neo.
That's it, that's all. You get it back, that's fine and dandy. You don't, well at least you know you tried.
You will never get your account and stuff back if you don't submit a ticket.

Especially the calibre of your account, why not a few minutes? If you do get it back, but still lack interest in Neopets, you can always sell what was returned to you. You're throwing away hundreds of USD, close to $1k as it stands. Wouldn't you feel dumb if someone (weak and little) snatched $1,000 cash from you and you never gave chase?

People are unfairly frozen everyday. Most accounts aren't returned. But there are still miracle stories. My original main was taken out that way, I still submitted a tick...over a year ago. Whatever happens, I can rest assured I tried.

i woke up one day to find that my two UC's i spent $250+ dollars on were frozen "for my protection."
of course i didn't get my account back because i think TNT knew that i bought the account.
they were total dicks about my ticket too. but they responded to me in a week.

regardless, i was soooo fucking upset that whole day. but each day it got better.
