Well I need some guide about proxy, what country to use, what kind of IP to use, is there any guide on CK about proxy. Can they still chain freeze using a proxy.

What country you use will depend on whether you're dealing with inactive accounts that signed up at a certain place or not, since you'll want to look less suspicious. There are lots of threads in the help section regarding various different concerns about using proxies. And yes, if you use the same proxy for multiple accounts and they flag you on any of those accounts all of them are liable to be banned.

Another option, if you want to spend money, is a VPN. They are much faster than proxies, and I feel like they're probably safer as well. HideMyAss is one I use that you can choose from seperate cities within countries, but there are many other options out there that are probably better for what you want, just gotta search around.
