Assuming you have a dynamic IP assigned by your ISP (most people do unless they specifically bought a plan with a static one), it's relatively easy to have your ISP assign you a new IP address. Some, if you turn off the modem for a night, will give away your old IP address to someone else who requested one overnight, and will then have to provide you with a new one when you turn it back on in the morning.

You could also call your ISP, and ask for them to assign a new IP address for you (some will do this, some might charge a fee, some won't do it).

Additionally, ensure your cookies are cleared before returning to Neo (they can track requests coming from your computer this way, making it easier to chain-ice you, even with a proxy).

check out my guide on proxies, in my sig bar. so that account that I gave you got iced ? that sucks as it was pretty well aged. I might be able to hook you up with another account once you learn what proxies are and how to use them

The easiest way is to leave your router turned off overnight (8 hours~) and turn it back on in the morning to see if your home IP has changed. If not, you can just go straight to your ISP and request an IP address change. Well, you should be able to get it changed if your don't get an operator that has no clue what is going.
