Are trying to ask whether the items are worth their price for the BD then here's my breakdown:
Ghostkershield is currently worth approx. 7.5m and blocks full dark with varying amounts of other elements. It's a classic shield and full dark protection is very useful. However, fire and water are its biggest weaknesses so decently common weapons like the Sword of Reif would rip a hole through it. The ring of the lost also provides full dark protection while being nearly 6m cheaper. Overall it's a decent shield to buy if you can afford multiple high level shields and you'd like to switch it up.
The Hubris Nox Memorial Shield is one of my favorites so I may be somewhat biased. It costs about 8m and blocks full light and 5 icons of 4 other types. It's weaknesses are fire and dark but you can easily make up for that with other accessories.
Hopefully this is what you're asking about because it seems the most logical question to ask when you provide us with two shields for comparision

Ohh, sorry I saw the Hubris Nox Memorial Shield so my brain just focused on shields xD
Anyways regarding the ghostkerbomb, if you do 2P battledome then I would definitely suggest getting the ghostkerbomb first because it's the best bomb in the game - capable of dishing out a huge amount of icons (although it is one-use as you probably already know).
So this is pretty much what it comes down to: do you need great blocking power or are you looking for a super strong home hit move? If you are the former, that means you should go with the Hubris Nox Memorial Shield and if the latter is more accurate then you should go with the ghostkerbomb. Good luck!
