    Halp!

    Hey guys,

This isn't meant to be a demanding or bullying post.
However, I bought an inactive shell from someone a few weeks back, which needed a bday crack. I then asked Kylae to bday crack it for me, which she did. However, upon trying to log on to said account, I found the password was wrong. So, after paying for the account + bday crack I was left - about $30 and no account.

Anyway, I contacted the seller who about a week ago said they'd refund the bday crack and the acc money. However, they haven't yet done it.

    So what should I do?
I know the seller has a good rep, but I really need the money.

If you've reminded the seller and tried to make arrangements for the refund but they haven't gone through with them then your next avenue would be to open a dispute here:
(you need an account to see links)

Probably worth dropping them a PM first though, they might have just forgotten.

I have just done, they've probably just forgot, this was in no way meant to be a demanding or pressurising board toward the seller.

I was just wondering as a seller, would they be expected to pay back the bday crack too?

Just a little confused it all

I don't know whether they will be told to refund the cost of the BDay crack or not as that could have been avoided - the first thing you should have checked was if the password was correct, before even buying the birthday crack.

The account though, for sure I think you should be refunded for.

Best of luck getting things resolved!

Yes, if the password is right it'll say "hi!" in the url.
If the password is bad, it'll say "badpassword".

Yeah when you try to login it will either say "hi" or "badpassword" in the URL bar - for future reference

My bad in that case then. $15 down the drain, I guess.
However when I messaged the user they said they were sure the password had worked.

You should at least get a refund for the account then.
The birthday crack was your bad, but if the seller sold you an account that you couldn't even access because of a wrong password that's their fault.

To be fair the seller has said they would give me a refund for the birthday crack, too. Just not heard anything from them in a while.
