Cheap consistent proxies for autobuying?

I've been using free proxies but they are very inconsistent and I'm looking for some to use that will be fast and reliable. I don't mind having to buy them but of course I'd like them to be a good price Any site suggestions?

I honestly think the pro service of (you need an account to see links) is one of the best out there. If it's too pricey, I think (you need an account to see links) is your next best bet. You can get it for a 7-day trial or you can just search some torrent sites for a full version.

Yeah but don't they provide the needed proxies for autobuying? I seriously thought you could use VPNs for the programs.XD

You can use either

I don't like VPN's because you don't always get the exact same IP when you connect. You get one very close, in a similar area.

Private Internet Access is a good VPN as well, plus fairly cheap. There is definitely the issue with not getting the same IP though. Easy Hide IP lets you choose your IP, it's more of a proxy thing, but it is paid as well.
