I was a member there during the time when CG'ers were running rampant on Neo. I got banned because I was trying to be nice and help out another user who had their account frozen and was trying to rebuild so I PM'ed them a link to a trade lot with ETS and told them to just offer junk. They reported me to the admin because they said I was trying to CG them and I was banned. Not even allowed to plead my case. The mother fuckers.
They will never see me there again.

Meh. I am a member there and I won't say one is better than the other but some of you are definitely misinformed if you think trading/buying/selling isn't allowed there. You just can't see the trading section until you meet the requirements. They don't allow stolen items/np/accounts, hashlists, etc to be sold because technically they belong to someone else.
