Do people still buy with nps?

If I'm selling an account, I don't mind taking NPs/ETS for it, then I can just sell the NP/ETS.
And if I don't have any $ to spend, I'll offer ETS on stuff too.

Yea, I still offers of nps on stuff but I usually ask for overpay.
