Can tnt see what site you were directed to neopets from? Cause if they can, everytime someone clicks on a neoboards link from clraik, tnt could see that..or do they just not care?

From your cookies, yes, that's why I never use the same browsers.
I don't think that BEING on the website clraik is enough for them to freeze you.

Perhaps I should have worded it better. I meant that if someone clicks on a link on clraik that directs you to neo, can they see that you clicked on a link on clraik, and use that as some reason to ice you? The thought just crossed my mind and I figured I should ask

There's a "referrer" URL sent by every browser when you click a page. It tells the neo servers the page that sent you. That's why you get the Oops you have been directed to this page from the wrong place! If you KEEP getting this error, chances are you have some security settings enabled that are not letting you play Neopets correctly. message.
Google cookies also store your web history but I believe those require some authentication before seeing the browsing history
