So I bought a neat uc recently thats been pretty secured and im looking to see how the caching is going.. and on google results which linked to a petpage for a UFT directory.
On this petpage the owner listed for my uc is semi active last seen ~20 days ago
The owner of this petpage is active

And that makes me slightly ehhh. Should I neomail the petpage owner saying someone tried offering on my pet and told me they found him on their petpage? Or I wait until after he caches then I neomail? I dont want the lil nigga on a uft page lol.

I would say get it off the page asap...I'd rather have 1 person who may be dealing with tons of these up/down mails everyday and might not care for your reasons aware of your activity than have the pet publicly listed.

How well-known is the owner of the petpage? How big is the UFT list? You think they would notice?

If it doesn't look like they'd notice, I'd just bug off and hide until your lil nigga caches.
If it looks like you're gonna get caught, do a pre-emptive on that guy. Just be ready with a story and possible prick questions that PCers always like to ask.
