When you gamble, odds will always be against you. How else do gambles persist and profit? If people were winning left and right, the pot would long be empty and the lottery would cease to exist.

I was hooked on RL lottery + scratchers one year, blew almost 1k that year. Had my occasional wins, but it was at a ratio of 1:5 (W:L).
