@(you need an account to see links) Totally not weird at all. It's perfectly normal to get attached to your pets. They might only be made of pixels and bytes, but my favorite plushies are only made of thread and stuffing, anyway. We're living in a technological age and more and more of what we own is virtual.

No, I'm saying that something doesn't have to lack in sentimental value just because it's virtual, you dimwit.
You can like a plushie for its soft squishiness, but part of what makes you happy having it is just knowing it's there. You can't be physically holding it all the time, anyway - and when you're not holding it, all it is is just an idea. A pixel pet might not be tangible the same way a plushie is, but the idea of it is still there. You're just appreciating it in its different medium.
