For free, theres a firefox add-on but you have to manually find proxies I think, and HotSpot Shield but its like iffy.

I use HideMyAss now and it works great. CyberGhost also worked well for me but was a bit more confusing.

get an usenet account while you're at it, I think it comes bundled with one XD (edit: it was giganews that came with vyprvpn XD)
Bettser is probably talking about foxyproxy but that'll only work in firefox, you could also use anonymox (if it still exists)
But yeah, for VPN go for HMA.
to change your OS proxy (if you're on windows, Elite Proxy Switcher and buy proxy lists)

im testing out Vyprvpn at the moment and its great very easy to use different IPs everytime i done all the test i can see its masked well 57 countries listed shows ping between as well on a simple list. test this one out for a little. Thanks though for the help ill look into those ones as well.

only other good thing is i got over 200 neo accounts on my PC left over which i didn't notice but they where on my desktop lmao.

If you're just checking stuff I still use Tor - I think Tor is still fine for checking into accounts? But I'm also coming back from a long break.

There are free ones like tunnelbear but it has caps. I think its like 2gb per month when you tweet it using Twitter. There are tins of other free ones also but usually they have restrictions like you can only connect through their USA proxy or Mb/Gb limits

Wouldn't recommend cyberghost since a whole bunch of neo cheaters use it and it gives out the same IP.
