    Stupid words <_<

(you need an account to see links)

    The correct spelling is definitely.
    Not definately.
    Not definatly.
    Not definantly.
    Not definetly.
    Not definently.
    And certainly not defiantly.
    The correct spelling is definitely.

I had to google how to spell definitely, I was spelling it defenitely and my spell check thingy for chrome was only giving me to option to change it to definitively.
Whats words, if any, do you mess up a lot when spelling them?

    "Fortunately" and "Noticeable".

Fortunately, I typed both out correctly the first time, when I made this post. Guess it's noticeable to oneself when a conscious effort is made to spell correctly.

    LOL, that site.

Oddly enough, words like weird and thief seem to get me the most frequently. That i and e. _

I agree with the I and E thing, some that get me are piece and niece.
In my head I'm always thinking I before E as I'm spelling it, but usually still muff it up.

This one time when I was younger, I saw this rant about common misspellings and this was one of the images in it:

    Needless to say, I never misspelled the word "weird" again. ;__;

With words like these I have to say the word differently in my head than I'd say it out loud (pronouncing it how I would think it was pronounced if I went by the letters rather than the word itself...does that make sense, idk), makes the word sound hecka weird in my head but at least I can spell it right most of the time.

Weird is a weird word bc weird does not follow the i before e rule.

"Millennium" and "Soliloquy/soliloquies" trip me up the most. I wrote 3-4 papers on Shakespeare and I still can't spell 'soliloquy' without writing it out slowly each letter at the time and googling for the spelling
