YESSS!
NOOO!
No I definitely agree that there's a right and wrong way.
Whenever I'm at a friend's house or my boyfriend's house or something and it's on wrong, I have to fix it.

I say over is better only because if it's under then it'll just end up unrolling itself. That pisses me off and I end up tearing off what's on the floor and throwing it away.
As for the contamination, I guess brushing your hand would maybe soil the unused portion. I dunno.

Personally, I'm an "over" person.
A couple of weeks ago, my ex-roomie hired maid service and when they left, I saw they flipped it to "under".
I re-flipped it back to "over".

wrong way is better because of cats
There isn't a right way and a wrong way. Just a reasonable way and a dumb way

Yes.Fucking.Yes
I don't know why it bugs me so bad, but my fiance and sisters do the same thing.
I'll just be finished doing my deed, and look over and be like "WTF!! WHO PUT THE TP ON BACKWARDS!" /rage
They just laugh and say I have OCD, but I don't think so :K

I prefer right way but my one year old can easily unravel it that way and it's a pain to roll back up. Right now it's just sitting on the bathroom counter out of reach from little hands.
OOOOAAARRGGHH!!
Definitely the right way is the correct way to do it.
It irritates me if someone puts it on wrong. Like seriously, it takes two seconds to put it on, just do it right people.
