Don't claim you have owned the pet forever unless that account really did. I'd google cache the pet on google to see if the pet was there previously or not because they will check that. IF they are wanting to cause you trouble that is. I'd be happy to defend also but I feel like that's probably pretty useless if they just report. If it was an inactive account just say you had a long hiatus and you don't even remember at t his point. I think generally less is more though probably just don't even respond to them unless they ask again or something.

I am quite new on here, but I have been lurking around these types of forums and from what I have learned I would advise you to:
-Make sure your pet is cashed!
-Make sure you stay off the boards until your pet is cashed!
-Make sure you wait 24 hours between everything you change on the account ie. password, name, email, pin, userlookup etc..
-Make sure you keep a low profile for at least 3 months or more depending on how famous your account is.
-Make sure you Google the pets and and account (quotation searching and link searching gives you the best results). Then find out as much as you can about the account/pets etc..
-Make sure you come up with ONE good story and stick to it! Write it down in a document if you have to, just stick to your story!

Additionally, I would recommend that even though you have been on the boards/guild, just stay off them now and if you get more questions, just ignore them! Alternatively you could go into settings and change it, so that only your neofriends can send you messages (you can remove this setting later on when you feel more confident about the account).
