How are you sure they're associated with an account? Did you try sending it from WHO or WHAT as well? Check junk folder? If it was sent from WHERE they always go to junk for hotmails.

Yeah, I got the message saying the details were on the way. Only I could think of is maybe the owners changed their emails associated with the accounts and never changed their emails on tdn?

Because I got them off of TDN, and saw the person's usernames on their profile. I just tried sending it from the main log in page

yeah... people change their emails all the time. It's not necessary associated with an account.

From what I've gathered so far, it is an email associated with a neopets account. After a certain amount of time, these emails get deleted by the provider so you can recreate it and get into the account sometimes finding rare ucs or items
