The money would help, don't get me wrong but I still think he would out smart Bruce by miles. Even with money, batman get someone else to build his stuff.

Batman is still ludicrously intelligent, which would get him funds later in life. I'd say Batman.
Mainly just for nostalgic reasons, and I've never really been a fan of Iron Man, haven't even seen any of the movies besides the first one.
