Batman forever !
In a fight, it would probably be a close one but I still think batman would win. I mean we are talking about a guy who fought superman several times (generally when superman was under the influence of some bad guy...) and managed to survive even though he has no superpower, just because he is the smartest and best tactician among the DC heroes.
So yeah, batman, definitively. Of course I mean the batman of the comics, Ben Affleck's Batman would get his ass handed to him by Robert Downey Junior's Iron man.
