Well, when my account got frozen for my protection, I submitted a ticket but neglected to attach my NC records to it. Waited 2 months, sent in another ticket; almost identical except with my NC records attached. Boom. 2 days later, account unfrozen. I consider that proof that they really do care more about NC spending players.

I recommend you just sit tight, wait, and resend a ticket if they haven't answered in a month.

I was frozen for protection just over 2 weeks ago. Premium account. Still waiting for a response. Sometimes things move quickly other times you just have to wait it out. I expect to be waiting quite a long time.

You know, that's kind of creepy.
Whenever I sent a ticket to the english team I'll get a response the same day I sent the ticket.
Mind you, I live in Europe and thanks to the time difference, I can't read teh response before the next day or tuesday, if it's a weekend.
But I only sent in tickets for minor problems or NC related stuff.

In regards to frozen accounts, it depends. A good friend of mine was frozen, ebcause he was hacked and got his Acc back the very next day.
A guild member on the other hand waited for over a year and I don't know about the responses.

But it really seems like TNT is quite... picky with frozen accounts.

Average wait time for non-premium on 'Frozen Accounts' tickets are 1-1.5 months.
If you're lucky, sometimes they respond within hours of ticket submission, all the way to 2 weeks later.
If you're unlucky, it'll be ~3 months. Any longer and you know they've hung you out to dry. Re-new ticket if that's the case.

Premium and NC users have precedence, usually a few days to a week. But as others have stated, is not guaranteed.

Get serious, it's TNT we're talking about here.

Probably. Considering how easy it is for them to freeze accounts and how many users (legit and cheaters) submit tickets, I'd imagine there's a flood of 'Frozen Accounts' tickets everyday for 1-3 people to handle. There, they do a combination of date sorting, quick skimming, and random selection of tickets. While beating their meats in-between reading tickets.

I think your NC logs will work (and there's no reason you oughtn't get your account back), but it still may take ~month or so . Good luck ^_^!
    J_L_K_64 rules you.

frozen for your protection is usually the easiest freezing excuse to get your account back with.
my main got frozen for protection once and I sent in a ticket almost right away. Took me like 2 months to get it back though.
