Last ticket I submitted took a month to get a response. They are AWFUL with their customer service.
Best of luck getting your accounts back. When my main was first frozen "for my protection", it took me six months. That was years ago though.
i submitted one about two days ago for my account being frozen "for my protection."
i'm impatient and i know two days isn't really realistic but how long should i wait until i submit another one?
the ticket was good and had very specific details so i'm not too afraid that i didn't supply enough information.
also, what's the returning rate of an account frozen "for your protection?"
i'm just impatient and want my UCs back.

Did you have premium? I've never submitted a ticket for an active frozen account but I tried to get one that got frozen years ago and they replied within a day. I do spend a lot of money on neocash and premium though.

it was not premium unfortunately.
i had purchased NC on it though and had the proof attached to the ticket.
i saved the ticket on my computer too just in case.
i understand it could take a week or two but SERIOUSLY? x_x;
It varies actually.
I've seen people get replies after just a day.. and some not get a reply until after many months have passed.
AND I've also noticed that well-known accounts or accounts that have premium or buy tons of NC Stuff get much faster replies than regular/non-$-spending accounts.

there was a girl that had her UC plushie ixi stolen and it was returned to her in a week.
and my friend got her account back in like two days after she was frozen for the same reason.
i just think it's shitty how they would take awhile to respond to a ticket that had an account that was frozen BECAUSE OF THEM, not because of anything i did.

I agree, it shouldn't take that long for them to review a ticket and reply. I waited 4 months one time to find out they could not give me back one of my accounts.. really aggravating to be waiting for that long to get rejected.
I think they should hire more ticket-viewers to speed up the process and assign them to a specific topic. Like hire more people to look at frozen accounts while only a portion looks at little issues. Or even have a separate premium ticket thing..
But oh well, I hope you get your account(s) back

So I got frozen and got my account back in two days. I didn't have premium but I had bought like $40 of NC and I 'hinted' that I was going to purchase more NC and maybe premium and was sad that I couldn't unless they unfroze my account QQ the whole sob story 9 yards. So yeah... sometimes talking with money gets shit done faster for you.
