how long does it usually take for TNT to respond to tickets?
i submitted one about two days ago for my account being frozen "for my protection."
i'm impatient and i know two days isn't really realistic but how long should i wait until i submit another one?
the ticket was good and had very specific details so i'm not too afraid that i didn't supply enough information.
also, what's the returning rate of an account frozen "for your protection?"
i'm just impatient and want my UCs back.
