    Tor question

    Sorry, proxy noob.

Just would like a clear answer; if I'm using Tor for illegit things and get my accounts on Tor frozen (for whatever reason) but use my actual home IP for my personal accounts, is there ANY way the account chains can be linked strictly through IP? Assuming Tor is functioning properly and all that jazz.
