I may be new to Neopets but i've been using the Neo Virtual worlds for a long time, I know it may be a little childish haha but i have always loved petpetpark and still do, if an acocunt got frozen on Neopets (whether it's due to protection or hacking etc they Ip ban right and if that happens will the other Neo virtual world accounts be banned as my petpetpark i have yearly membership and such

In most cases no, but it can happen if the account is frozen for having a bad username, or if the infraction is considered incredibly severe.
