Guaranteed? No, but 90% (my opinion) chance eventually. By eventually, it could mean today if you're new to it and dumb, to 2-3 years later if you're good about it. Most of us that SS or AB do it on shells (unimportant side accounts, never attached to your main in any way), so when they are frozen, you lose nothing of importance. Once a shell has accrued a sizable amount of NP/items you want to keep, you "secure" your earnings before moving it to your main.

And proxies are very simple really. You just find a proxy server's IP+port address, paste it into your browser/program's proxy field, and BAM! Done. All of your actions will be directed to, and masked by the proxy's IP. Just be sure the proxy you use is 'Elite', as in it can't be detected by websites (like Neopets) as a proxy.
