Have you tried a different browser? (This probably has nothing to do with it, but it's worth a shot, I guess?)

They probably added another suspension into the original. Seems appropriate with you being a troublemaker and all!

I had a friend in my guild who had this problem with her 24 hour silencing.
It went on for days and days in the negatives.
It probably isn't you, something is fucking up. And they don't seem too eager to help people out with this in a timely manner :/
