Honestly, I do get the feeling that TNT is saving the Wig for next year.
Though this being a big "screw you" to the NC Mall is also possible. I mean, Staff Members CAN look up some of the well-known value guides and put the most valuable in the rerelease.
Though I only know about two of them being valuable.
No, really, I am a bit spiteful in this regard and do hope that the wig will be rereleased. But either way, from my side it's a win-win situation. If the Wig isn't released this year, many who traded their Wig away will later on complain that they traded theirs away for an apple and an egg. If the Wig IS released, the Mall will go crazy, either because everyone is now seeking this former high-end wig or because it dropped in value and people will now complain that they had to trade for it just a little while ago.
Granted, it is bitter for those who traded for them.
But items being rereleased is no secret. even the Daily Dare had Nostalgia Tickets to get old items. So TNT doing the same for AC is hardly a surprise.
And earlier this year, Blumaroll-Items came back in suitcases.
I'm surprised noone expected this.
Also, favourites are favourites. Give it a few years and items like Skelly and the AC Wig will increase in value and maybe rarity again.
The wigs are gorgeous and have gotten ridiculous in prices. I mean, as a normal not NC trader, I'd be happy if the wig got rereleased for us common people.
Smart business decision by tnt, gets more people to buy into this whole altador cup nc stuff and then it will bring the trade prices down so that people will want to trade for them more therefore spending more nc in the long run
but it stinks for the underground selling of Nc for sure

I recently traded mine, and replaced it....but oddly I'm not that upset with the RR. I guess part of me is happy those unable to own it before are able to own it now.

Out of curiousity, what was the BGs value before it hit the RR?
Overall, I think it looks nice, but I'm into BGs anyway.
