Can anyone help me get my account unfrozen?

I just tried to log onto it, and nothing.. I had thought someone might have hacked it, since it said wrong password.. But I logged into my side and found it was frozen..
I can't find where it says I got frozen for anything..

This is my legit account.. And i have no idea why it happened

Neo is doing maintenance right now, so a lot of the passwords weren't working.

I thought someone got a few of my accounts, as well. uvu
But they worked a few minutes later?

Yes.. On my side friends list, it's saying my main account was frozen.. I've tried a bunch.. and now it won't let me try anymore..

Search one of your account's pets (if different from your frozen side).
Click your account's pet, and if it comes up "The owner of this account has been frozen.", or something like that, you'll know the account is frozen.

If your side was accessible very recently (within a few minutes to hours), give it a few more hours to a day, sometimes the freeze reason isn't released until a bit later.

It's my main that's frozen..
I tried to neomail my main from my side and it said it was frozen as well..

Stupid neo..

If your pass isn't working for logging in at all you very well may have been quickly looted and then whoever did it self-iced. I'd suggest sending in a ticket if this isn't fixed when you get up tomorrow.
