Run as admin. If you register the file correctly then that error should not appear unless you are not running as admin. Right click program > run as admin.

This is what happens when i do that. All compatibility settings are off as well and i think i registered it right (i put prjChameleon.ocx in syswow64 and system32 and then ran cmd.exe as an administrator and typed "regsvr32 prjChameleon.ocx" and it said it was successful)
I think you have something running (AVG/antivirus) that is blocking your internet from downloading the encryption files.

I uninstalled anything resembling an antivirus and i still get the error.
Maybe it's just my computer?
I give up lol I'll just use my old Windows XP. It may be old but at least the SSer works on there
