    Even if YOU WERE TO LIFT WEIGHTS. YOU STILL WONT BUILD ANY MUSCLE. So dont avoid weights. They are good for you

    I just get annoyed when women think they will get all bulky by lifting. IT is IMPOSSIBLE for women to get bulky naturally. They just get cut.

    Today only 20 minutes easy running + 2 hour baseball practice mainly infield/outfield drills.
