All I have to say about this issue is that it shouldn't matter if it's an ~outstanding~ member of the community or not.
Whatever's decided, don't make it some kind of exception because this member is ~*~*popular*~*~ or well-known.

This happened to my brother on here, like I've said, he took it anyway because of the "Hack or Be Hacked Motto". I, for one, do not give a shit whether he gets banned or not but I'm pretty mad this all affected me. Kylae knows this happened to her, and she's not happy, but what I want to know is that if they weren't a super mod like her, and it was just a clraik rank or even newbie, would my brother have been banned? Or, would everyone just say, "Hack or be hacked"?

If I stumble across a shell account consisting of a UC worth in the hundreds, and it belongs to someone on site, as much as it's bad on my part to keep it, it's equally bad on the other person to demand it back. A "Friendly" price of say 10-20% of the original price could be negotiated, and possibly the most amicable way of solving things.

I remember it was a UC plushie gnorbu? kacheek? one that was worth 300+. My brother was just my age and never had that much money at once before... I think it was his friend that told him to tell kylae to piss off, and that he was keeping it and claimed he'd help get him unbanned. I think he's still a member here. Shouldn't he be banned instead? For telling him to go on and ban himself?
