Yes, you can. The minimum score for SLSL is 285. Minimum score for MSN is 3000, so make sure the scores you'll be sending will be higher than that.
I would suggest maxing only one of those. I've heard of people getting iced for maxing two games. Maximum number of games for SOSD is 1201, MSN is 1201, SLSL is 301.

Yup, it is, but I feel like the SOSD and MSN one is too low.
I'd SS ~280 YYB, ~900 SOSD and ~900 MSN.

You can also max YYB if you'd rather rank up faster.

For SOSD you want time 8-13 for scores of 1200 (or if you're doing a single goal max then you can do 4-7 seconds safely with a score of 35)
For MSN you want time 10-15 for scores of 3000-4000 (or if you're wanting higher team scores I'd suggest 15-24 for 4500-6000)
For low SLSL scores you want time 175-200 for scores of 285-320 (or if you're wanting higher scores I'd suggest 270-320 for scores of 650-690)
