Encryption has failed to update

I deleted it, reloaded my PC and downloaded it again...
I put program in "Administrador mode" and It's working for me now.

Yesterday the program was working good, but today I got up and the program said; "Encryption has failed to update". I download it again but wasn't working, then i thought "Maybe my internet is slow" and yes, in another computer, I was downloading films and music... When I close the download's program... SS is still working for me now.

This is just me but I found that if I don't have it on run as Admin the encryption works. When I had it on Run as Admin and had it set to XP service pack 3 it would start but encryption wouldn't.
Maybe it was just my laptop or something but I might try that.
