Encryption has failed to update

[Dream]

I have:
- Downloaded and installed what @(you need an account to see links) posted (you need an account to see links).

- Ran the program as admin.
- Ran it several times.
- Changed the flare.exe settings to compatible with windows XP SP 3

.... and I still get the encryption has failed to update error using the AC side games score sender. :c

Any suggestions? D:
