Stupid Question: Can you get in trouble for using an adblocker?

Not even to do anything legit. The site has gotten so bad lately that I can't even browse without it lagging so bad that I give up and exit out. Not to even mention games! I could play games better in 2004 when I had my crap desktop and dial-up

I downloaded an ad blocker to chrome and it's made SUCH a difference. But I'm worried that this is against the rules? Has anyone gotten frozen for using ad blockers? I know they can be used for less legit reason - not to mention advertisers are paying neo for those ads - so I imagine it's frowned upon.

I was just scared because 3 or 4 years ago I used to restock with it on (to block low selling items) and that year I also got frozen for "ABing" (even though I never did?). I got my account back but I've been scared to use it since. Never knew if it was simply coincidence or not.

I had the same thing happen to me in 2007/8 for just using adblock and disabling javascript when restocking in Magic. It wasn't the adblock that got me frozen though. They probably found me from all of the r90+ items I got in a row.

I often did it at Magic too so maybe they monitor that one close. I wasn't that amazing of a restocker though. Even with the blocker I probably would get like 1 or 2 mps a week (if that) and some backgrounds from the bg shop

I'll just stay far away from restocking when it's on to be safe. They should really fix their site if they're going to have so many ads

Nope, using it to simply block ads is perfectly safe! The game is almost unplayable without it.
