Well, and I'm just completely guessing here from counting the circles on the game, etc. You have a 1 in 16 chance to land on the NC circle. But when you land on it you either get 150 NC or 5k NP, so maybe more like a 1 in 32 chance if there's a 50/50 chance of getting NC or NP
